Refund / Cancellation Policy
Students may withdraw from any program for any reason. All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the administrative office.
Refunds will be issued according to the following terms:
-
Full Refund: If the applicant is not accepted into the program, all payments will be fully refunded.
-
Full Refund (within 3 days): If the applicant withdraws within three (3) business days of signing the enrollment agreement or making the initial payment—and has not yet started training—a full refund will be issued, minus a cancellation fee not exceeding $150 or 25% of the program cost, whichever is less.
-
No Refund: If the student has already commenced training or withdraws after the three-day window, no refund will be provided unless otherwise stated in writing.
Note: Additional payment, legal disclaimers, and terms and conditions may apply as outlined in the enrollment agreement.
Graduation Requirements & Externship Training
To graduate from MIT, students must:
-
Complete all required online coursework.
-
Successfully complete a hands-on externship at a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility.
-
Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
-
Fulfill all financial obligations to the school.
MIT offers guidance and support in preparing for externships, but does not guarantee placement. It is the student’s responsibility to secure an externship site within their local community to meet the clinical training requirement.
Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in non-completion of the program. In such cases, students will not be issued a certificate of completion and will not be eligible for a refund of tuition or fees.
